Terms & Conditions

  1. All information given in the sign-up questions is current and true to my knowledge. I agree to update the teaching team of any changes to this information.
  2. I understand that when paying by direct debit the cost of 36 term-time sessions is pro-rated and split across a 12-month period. Therefore, fees are still due during term-time holidays. Monthly payments are taken on the 1st of every month.
  3. I understand I need to give one-month notice when cancelling my direct debit subscription.
  4. I will email the team and let them know of any changes in adults to pick up my child prior to collection time and understand that unless I as the parent personally give this information via email or in person, my child will not be permitted to leave until alternative arrangements are made with the team.
  5. I agree that my child will be dropped off and picked up promptly on time to and from sessions, by either of the two listed emergency contacts. I understand that if I am more than 10 minutes late collecting my child, I will be charged £1 a minute until collection.
  6. If someone else is collecting my child, it is my responsibility to let Shea-Lowe Education know in advance.
  7. I agree that attending 11+ sessions does not guarantee passing of the 11+. As sessions support and promote progress.
  8. I understand that my child will not be able to attend sessions that have not been prepaid for through the website.
  9. I understand that if my child is unable to attend a booked session, I will notify the team with as much notice as possible.
  10. I understand that by engaging in Shea-Lowe Education's services, I agree to the terms laid out in the Safeguarding Policy.
  11. I understand that if I begin a subscription where the first payment is taken at the beginning of the next month, I will be charged for the sessions attended before this payment. The charge for these sessions will be £20 each. If this additional session charge exceeds the monthly cost of that venue, the subscription price will be charged in its place. For half an hour sessions, the additional charge will be £10 per session.Trial payments are not included in this calculation.
  12. I understand that unfortunately no refunds will be able to be given for trial sessions that are unattended but rearrangement will be discussed with Shea-Lowe Education.
